Become an Affiliate Partner with Ffbet

The Ffbet Affiliate Program (the Program) enables Affiliate Partners to monetize eligible traffic by directing players to Ffbet-operated brands. This Agreement governs your participation, sets out performance expectations, and defines the terms under which commissions are earned and paid. By submitting an application and, once approved, accepting these terms, you agree to comply with all provisions and any program rules published in the official Affiliate Portal.

How to Join

  1. Submit a formal application through the official Affiliate Portal and provide accurate business information and contact details.
  2. Complete identity and, where applicable, business verification (Know Your Customer) as required by applicable law and regulatory standards.
  3. Accept the Affiliate Agreement and tie your tracking identifiers to your account.
  4. Configure tracking links, select a preferred compensation model, and review the Brand Usage Guidelines.
  5. Receive activation confirmation from Ffbet within two (2) business days after successful verification.

Commission Models and Payouts

The Program offers multiple compensation models or combinations to match performance goals. You may choose one model per campaign or combine approaches where allowed by the Program terms.

  • Revenue Share: Up to 50% of Net Revenue attributable to players referred by you. Net Revenue is defined as gross gaming revenue generated by referred players after deductions for bonuses, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable taxes. The program employs a tiered structure to reward growth, with incremental increases in the percentage as monthly Net Revenue thresholds are surpassed. Example tiers are modelled in the Term Sheet but are subject to change with notice.
  • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): Fixed compensation for qualifying paying players, subject to a minimum threshold and validation of eligibility. A separate CPA schedule is available upon request and must be documented in the Affiliate Portal before activity begins.
  • Hybrid: A combination of Revenue Share and CPA, aligned to performance and existing contractual constraints. The exact split is defined in the applicable Schedule and cannot exceed the maximum aggregate payout limits established by the Program.

All compensation is calculated on the basis of net activity and is subject to adjustments for fraud, bonus abuse, and violations of the Campaign Rules. The Affiliate may request a review of any disputed accounting within thirty (30) days of the relevant payout.

Payouts, Thresholds and Scheduling

Payments are issued monthly in the currency selected by the Affiliate, subject to the following terms:

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: €100 (or equivalent in other currencies) per payout cycle.
  • Payment Schedule: Payouts processed within fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) days after the end of each calendar month, provided that the cumulative balance meets the minimum threshold.
  • Carry-Over: No negative carry-over is applied to future payouts. Commissions earned in a payout cycle remain payable in that cycle or are carried forward consistent with the Program’s payout rules.
  • Methods: Bank transfer, wire, and select electronic payment providers. Specific payment methods available to you are listed in the Affiliate Portal and may vary by jurisdiction.
  • Tax Withholding: The Affiliate is responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction. Ffbet will provide tax information when required by law and relevant regulatory bodies.

Tracking, Reporting and Tools

The Program provides real-time performance data and reporting through a secure Affiliate Dashboard. Features include:

  • Unique tracking links and postback capabilities to verify traffic and conversions.
  • Attribution window defined as the period during which a referred player’s eligible activity contributes to commission calculations.
  • Daily data refresh and downloadable reports in CSV or Excel formats for measurement and reconciliation.
  • Dedicated Affiliate Manager access for performance reviews, optimization, and escalation of issues.

Marketing Resources and Support

Ffbet provides Affiliates with compliant marketing materials and active support to align with regulatory requirements. Resources include:

  • Promotional creatives, brand guidelines, and localized landing pages where available.
  • Promotional calendars and access to exclusive campaigns and bonuses, subject to regulatory compliance.
  • Onboarding calls and periodic performance reviews to optimize traffic quality and conversions.
  • Round-the-clock support through official channels for urgent matters.

Compliance, Responsible Gaming and Brand Safety

The Affiliate agrees to conduct activities consistent with applicable gambling, advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws. Specifically, the Affiliate shall:

  • Target only lawful markets and compliant audiences; do not impersonate, mislead, or misrepresent the Ffbet brands.
  • Comply with age and identity verification requirements; do not promote to underage individuals or in jurisdictions prohibiting online gambling advertising.
  • Adhere to brand usage guidelines and avoid unapproved landing pages, tools, or promotions.
  • Refrain from incentivizing players with fake or invalid activities, including fraud, credit abuse, or bonus abuse schemes.
  • Immediately suspend or terminate any traffic source or campaign found in violation, in which case no further commissions will accrue for such activity.

Global Reach, Currencies and Payments

The Program is designed for worldwide operation where legal and regulatory conditions permit. Supported currencies and payment options include, but are not limited to, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, BRL, and AUD, with a variety of payout methods available through the Affiliate Portal. The availability of currencies and methods may vary by country and can be updated with notice.

Data Protection, Privacy and Security

The handling of Affiliate data must comply with applicable data protection laws. Ffbet maintains industry-standard security measures for data transmission and storage. Affiliates may process personal data solely for purposes of administering the Program and in accordance with the documented data processing terms in the Affiliate Portal. Sub-processors, if any, will be identified and contractually bound to protect data integrity and privacy.

Term, Termination and Modifications

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party in accordance with these terms. Either party may terminate upon written notice. Upon termination, commissions earned but not yet paid remain due in accordance with the payout schedule; ongoing obligations, confidentiality, and post-termination restrictions continue as applicable. Ffbet reserves the right to modify the Program terms, payout rates, or promotional rules with notice through the Affiliate Portal.

Disputes, Governing Law and Disclosures

Any dispute arising from or related to the Program will be resolved in accordance with the governing law stated in the Affiliate Agreement and the accompanying terms. The relevant jurisdiction for disputes will be the location where Ffbet is incorporated or organized for business purposes. All communications regarding disputes should be directed through the official Affiliate Portal.

Affiliate Obligations and Prohibited Activity

The Affiliate shall maintain truthful, accurate accounts and comply with all program requirements. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, practice of encouraging underage gambling, arranging non-compliant bonus offers, misrepresenting odds, or deploying deceptive traffic sources. The Affiliate shall maintain a high standard of traffic quality and cooperate with audits or performance reviews as necessary.
