Access and Authentication for Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Ffbet may only be initiated by users who are signed in to a registered account and whose identity has been verified in accordance with our Know-Your-Customer policy. Access to the withdrawal facility appears under the Cashier or Wallet section as Withdraw. If you are not logged in, you will not be able to submit a withdrawal request; sign in using your registered email or username and password. If you have forgotten credentials, use the account recovery flow before attempting a withdrawal.

Eligibility and Limits

Eligibility requires: (1) verification completed; (2) withdrawal amount within minimum and maximum limits; (3) payout method available in your country of residence. Minimum withdrawal amount is 20 EUR (or equivalent in your base currency). Per-transaction maximum is 10,000 EUR. Daily withdrawal limit is 25,000 EUR; monthly limit is 150,000 EUR. Some methods or account types may carry different limits; these are shown in the cashier before you submit.

How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

  1. Sign in to your Ffbet account and navigate to Cashier > Withdrawals.
  2. Select a payout method and confirm the currency matches your account base currency.
  3. Enter the withdrawal amount and verify the recipient details (for example, bank name, account number, or e-wallet address).
  4. Review the fees, limits, and estimated processing times, then submit the request. You will receive a reference number for tracking.

Processing Times, Payout Methods & Status

Ffbet supports multiple payout methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and card-based payouts where available in your country. Processing times depend on the method and the status of your account verification. Typical windows are: e-wallets up to 24 hours after approval; bank transfers 1-3 business days; card-based payouts 2-5 business days. Withdrawals may remain in Pending status while we perform security and compliance checks. Some periods may extend during high-volume intervals or when additional verification is required.

Fees, Currency & Security

Withdrawal fees are disclosed in the cashier prior to submission and may vary by method. Certain methods may be subject to third-party processing fees beyond Ffbet's own charges. Your account base currency applies to withdrawals; currency conversions, if applicable, follow our conversion policy with posted spreads. All withdrawal data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest; access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel in accordance with our information security program.

Verification, Compliance & Disputes

We may request additional verification documents to complete a withdrawal, including identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification. If we cannot verify the information, the withdrawal may be delayed or canceled. Disputes relating to withdrawal transactions should be raised in writing within 30 days of the transaction date, with supporting documentation. Our Compliance team will review and issue a determination within 15 business days, subject to extension for complex cases.
