Bonus Terms

1. General scope and definitions

These Bonus Terms govern any bonus, free spin, free bet or promotional offer provided by Ffbet to a customer via the Website, communications or on-site notifications. They operate alongside the Website's General Terms and Conditions, and when a conflict arises, these Bonus Terms prevail for bonus-related matters.

For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout these terms: a) Bonus Balance – funds awarded as part of a promotion, available only after activation and subject to wagering requirements; b) Real Money Balance – funds that are available for wagering and withdrawal outside of any bonus; c) Active Bonus – a bonus that is currently being wagered or is within its validity period; d) Wagering Requirements – the number of times the bonus (and, where applicable, the bonus plus funded amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted; e) Excluded Territories – countries or regions where bonuses may be restricted or unavailable, as specified in the applicable term or policy.

2. Eligibility, accounts and activation

To participate in any bonus program you must be a fully verified customer. Bonuses are offered to individuals and are not transferable. A single user may have only one active bonus at any time. The Company reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any user or group of users and to suspend or terminate bonuses in the event of suspected abuse or breach of these terms.

Bonuses must be activated in the user’s profile prior to any deposit, where the promotion requires activation. Where activation is not required, the bonus will be credited to the Bonus Balance upon grant. Funds are applied in the following order: real money balance first, then bonus balance.

Bonuses may be limited to specific geographic regions or payment methods. Users from certain jurisdictions may be excluded from promotions. The Company reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus if activation or eligibility conditions are not met.

3. Bonus types and basic rules

Ffbet offers several bonus types, each with its own wagering and withdrawal conditions. The key terms below apply unless a promotion states otherwise.

3.1 Deposit Bonuses

  • Minimum deposit to qualify: $20 or equivalent in the customer’s currency.
  • Wagering requirement: 35 times the bonus amount. Wagering on real money only contributes to the wagering requirement; wagers funded from the bonus contribute as specified by the bonus terms.
  • Maximum withdrawal after wagering: up to 20 times the initial bonus amount (subject to net winnings and remaining balance).
  • Active balance: while a deposit bonus is active, the maximum bet is capped at $5 (or currency equivalent) per spin or per round; bets below this threshold may still count toward wagering, while bets above may be excluded from wagering calculations.
  • Game contribution: wagering contributions vary by game type as described in section 5. Certain games are excluded from wagering contributions or are restricted entirely while the bonus is active.
  • Validity: the bonus remains valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of credit, unless the terms of the specific promotion state otherwise.

3.2 No-Deposit and Free Bonus Offers

  • No-Deposit Bonuses and Free Bets/Free Spins do not require an initial deposit to be claimed.
  • Wagering: 50 times the bonus amount or winnings derived from the bonus, as specified in the promotion terms.
  • Maximum withdrawable amount: generally capped at a multiple of the bonus, commonly up to 5x or 20x the bonus amount, depending on the offer.
  • Expiration: seven (7) days from grant, unless stated otherwise.
  • Credits: no withdrawal of the bonus amount itself shall occur until wagering requirements are satisfied; winnings from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering conditions.

3.3 Free Spins

  • Free Spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements as set out in the bonus terms (commonly 50x).
  • Free Spins are tied to a specified game or game set and must be used within seven (7) days of grant unless stated otherwise.
  • Withdrawal: once wagering is satisfied, winnings may be withdrawn up to the applicable cap as defined in the offer.

3.4 Free Bets

  • Free Bets, when granted, are subject to wagering requirements consistent with the offer (commonly 35x).
  • Wagers placed with Free Bets are counted toward the wagering requirement only to the extent specified in the offer; real money bets may contribute differently or be excluded depending on the promotion.
  • Any winnings derived from Free Bets are withdrawable only after meeting the wagering conditions and any caps described in the bonus terms.

4. Wagering, play, and withdrawal rules

During an active bonus, the following rules apply unless the promotion states otherwise:

  • Minimum and maximum bets: while wagering is active, the minimum bet is 0.50 USD (or currency equivalent) per spin/round; the maximum bet is 5.00 USD (or currency equivalent) per spin/round. Wagers outside these bounds may not count toward wagering requirements and could result in disqualification of the bonus.
  • Game contribution to wagering: Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering; Table games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette variants, Baccarat) contribute at a reduced rate or 0% depending on the game; Live Casino games may contribute at 0% unless specified otherwise in the offer. All Jackpot games are typically excluded from wagering.
  • Exclusions: certain games are excluded from wagering contributions. The current list of excluded games or categories will be stated in the promotion terms and may change from time to time.
  • Real money first: any wagering with real money funds is applied to the real money balance before using bonus funds.
  • Withdrawal: withdrawal requests may be made only after the wagering requirements of the active bonus have been satisfied. If a withdrawal is requested prior to completion, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • One bonus at a time: only a single promotional bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the terms specify otherwise.

5. Territory restrictions and eligibility

Bonus promotions are not available to players located in or resident of certain jurisdictions. A non-exhaustive list of excluded territories includes countries where local laws or regulatory requirements prevent participation in online promotions. Users should review the current offer terms to confirm eligibility. The Company reserves the right to restrict participation or withdraw a bonus if a user’s location, payment method, or other identifying factors violate the terms or enable abuse of the promotions.

6. Bonus abuse, security and compliance

The Company adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. Examples of abuse include multi-account usage, collusion, account sharing, VPN/proxy usage, purposely delaying wagering, or attempting to manipulate wagering requirements. If suspected, the Company may confiscate bonuses, winnings and related deposits and may terminate accounts with or without notice. The Company may also adjust the terms of a promotion or cancel it at its sole discretion.

7. Expiry, cancellation and modification of offers

Bonuses may expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is canceled, customers retain any winnings already subject to wagering that have not yet been withdrawn, subject to the remaining terms of the offer.

8. Miscellaneous

These Bonus Terms operate in conjunction with the Website's general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, these Bonus Terms shall prevail for bonus-related provisions. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
