Sportsbook Rules
General Rules
These sportsbook rules govern all bets placed with Ffbet. The operator's determinations regarding markets, settlement and any disputes are final unless otherwise stated. Bets are subject to applicable law and to the Terms and Conditions of Ffbet. Any reference to official results or data sources shall mean those whose data is used by Ffbet for settlement.
Bets, Acceptance and Transaction Records
A bet is valid only after it is accepted by Ffbet servers and allocated a unique transaction code. If funds are insufficient at the time a bet is placed, the bet will not be accepted. Bets may be rejected or voided in accordance with these rules, and any funds will be returned to the balance. Winnings and losses from settled bets are credited or debited to the user account in accordance with the final result.
Market Settlement and Data Sources
Settlement of all markets is based on official results where available. If official data is unavailable or demonstrably incorrect, Ffbet may rely on independent evidence. In the absence of consistent independent evidence or in the presence of material conflicting evidence, Ffbet will apply its internal rules for settlement. Where markets are already determined, settlements proceed in accordance with the official outcome; unsettled markets follow the standard settlement rules described herein.
Suspension, Postponement and Abandonment
If a market is suspended or a match is postponed, bets remain valid unless the event is resumed within 24 hours. If the event is not resumed within 24 hours, bets on unsettled markets may be voided or refunded at Ffbet's discretion. Abandonment or incomplete events are settled based on the available final results and the rules governing the specific market. Outright markets subject to play or pay may remain active or be voided in accordance with the applicable play or pay provisions.
Time and Settlement Post Rule Violations
Ffbet may void or settle bets if the event start time is altered or if an event is deemed not to have started as scheduled. Any decision by the relevant governing body or official source may be used to settle markets in dispute. In cases of a substantial time discrepancy between the bet placement and the official decision, Ffbet will determine settlement based on its transaction logs and official data where applicable.
Palpable Errors and Incorrect Odds
If an obvious error occurs in the odds, terms or event details, Ffbet reserves the right to void the affected bets. An obvious error includes material mispricing or incorrect event information that would not occur under normal market conditions. Bets placed on in play or live markets may be voided if the error would have materially affected the outcome.
VAR and Referee Related Decisions
In events where a review by an official body or technology may alter the on pitch decision, Ffbet may adjust settlements to reflect the final official outcome. Bets not influenced by such adjustments shall stand. Where the final decision is not communicated before the event concludes, Ffbet reserves the right to settle all related markets as of the official final outcome.
Public Data and Odds Formatting
Odds are presented with standard decimal formatting. The displayed decimal odds may be truncated for display purposes, while the calculated potential winnings use the applicable internal precision. If discrepancies arise between displayed odds and settled outcomes, the settlement will follow the internal precision rules and the official final result.
Cash Out and Partial Cash Out
Cash Out and Partial Cash Out are optional features available on selected bets. Availability depends on the market and the time of bet placement. If a Cash Out request is successful, the offer amount will be returned to the user balance and the final outcome of the original bet will not affect this amount. A delayed confirmation or market changes may affect whether a cash out is accepted. Free bets and certain promotions may not be eligible for Cash Out or Partial Cash Out.
Outrights and Play or Pay
Outright markets including season winners, top positions and head to head markets are subject to a play or pay rule. Bets on participants may stand even if the listed participant cannot participate, and will be settled as losses where applicable. Head to head markets are excluded from play or pay rules, and where a participant is replaced within a team, team markets may stand while individual markets may be voided. The play or pay rule applies to all relevant outright opportunities unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Dead Heat and Joint Winners
In the event of a dead heat where multiple selections share a position, settlements are made in accordance with standard dead heat rules. A portion of the stake may win while the remainder is returned or lost in proportion to the number of winning positions remaining, as defined by the market structure used for the bet.
Disputes and Governing Authority
Any disputes concerning settlement will be resolved by reference to the transaction logs on Ffbet's servers and the applicable official data. Where regulatory bodies are involved, their decisions may be binding. Ffbet reserves the right to suspend, void or adjust bets in response to regulatory action or evidence of market manipulation.
Sports Specific Rules
Football / Soccer
Bets are generally settled on regular time unless the market description specifies otherwise. Overtime, extra time or penalties are only included where stated. Cards and disciplinary events after the final whistle are treated as part of the match result if they influence the final official score. Postponed matches remain open for settlement if resumed within 24 hours; otherwise bets may be voided as required by market terms.
American Football
Settlement follows official scoring rules. If a schedule change reverses home and away designations, bets placed on the original listing are void. Full game, first half and second half markets are settled on the official final score, with pushes applied as defined by the market. Overtime is included unless the market specifies otherwise.
Basketball
Markets relate to regulation time unless stated. If a game is suspended or abandoned, the settlement follows the official result at the time of abandonment or the completion of the game as defined by league rules. Injury and roster changes do not alter settled outcomes unless the market specifically accounts for such factors.
Baseball
Settlement follows official league rules. For pitched related markets, changes to listed starting pitchers may void corresponding bets unless otherwise stated. Innings completed thresholds determine market validity for moneyline and totals markets as described in market descriptions. In instances of mercy rules, the score at the time of the mercy rule is final for active markets.
Tennis
Markets are settled in accordance with the official result. If a player retires or is defaulted, markets on sets or games that remain determined are settled accordingly; markets dependent on the overall match outcome may be voided unless otherwise specified.
Additional Provisions
- Ffbet may suspend or modify any market or feature at any time without prior notice.
- The maximum time between settlement and any potential re settlement is 30 days.
- These rules operate in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and every bet placed constitutes acceptance of these rules.
