Purpose and Scope
The AML Policy of Ffbet governs anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance across all gaming services and financial interactions on the platform. It applies to all account holders, transactions, and internal processes involved in customer due diligence, monitoring, and reporting obligations.
Risk Management and Classification
Ffbet uses a risk-based framework to identify and mitigate money laundering risk. All players are assigned a default Low Risk rating; indicators such as jurisdictional risk, unusual or high-volume activity, or signs of collusion may elevate a player to High Risk. High Risk triggers enhanced due diligence and continuous monitoring as described in this policy.
- Low Risk: standard due diligence, ongoing monitoring of account activity.
- High Risk: enhanced due diligence, additional documentation, intensified monitoring.
Customer Due Diligence (KYC) and Onboarding
Registration requires verification of identity and residency. The information collected includes date of birth, valid government-issued identification, proof of address, full name, residential address, valid email address, payment details, and a chosen username and password. A geolocation check on the applicant's IP verifies residence in a permitted jurisdiction. The Player Account may be placed on hold pending verification. Ffbet reserves the right to refuse to open or close a Player Account after review of the information provided. Login details must not be shared with third parties.
Standard and Enhanced Due Diligence
Standard due diligence covers identity and address verification with supporting documents and, where necessary, telephone verification. If verification is unsatisfactory, the account may be closed and winnings confiscated. Enhanced due diligence applies to high-risk scenarios, including involvement of high-risk jurisdictions, suspected multiple accounts, collusion, or politically exposed persons. Additional information may be requested, including a selfie holding the identification document, a recently issued utility bill or bank statement, sources of wealth documentation, and records of initial deposits.
Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Compliance Oversight
The MLRO oversees KYC compliance, account monitoring, staff training, and cooperation with authorities. The MLRO maintains registers of account holders and serves as the primary contact for regulatory and law enforcement inquiries relating to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing matters.
Monitoring of Account Holder Activities
Designated compliance personnel monitor accounts for irregular, suspicious, or fraudulent activity. Automated detection systems generate alerts that trigger investigations and, if warranted, escalation to enhanced due diligence. Regular reviews assess accuracy of information, authenticity of documents, and indicators of misuse, including fictitious identities, unusual playing patterns, or attempts to defeat security controls.
Multiple Accounts and Unusual Activities
Ffbet enforces a single account per person, family, or shared environment. If multiple accounts are suspected or confirmed, related accounts will be temporarily suspended and investigated. Suspected syndicates may have deposits, bets, or withdrawals withheld. During withdrawal requests, checks for multiple accounts and proxy usage are conducted; discovery of multiple accounts may lead to closure of all accounts and denial of new account openings.
Withdrawal and Payout Procedures
Withdrawals must be requested through the Player Account and verified by KYC documents. Before processing, the account is reviewed for unusual activity. Ffbet may withhold funds, request additional documentation, suspend access, terminate the account, or report the activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Cryptocurrency Transactions
Crypto transactions are governed as follows: the initial deposit must be made in cryptocurrency. All subsequent deposits, wagers, and payouts must be conducted in the same cryptocurrency. Ffbet is not authorized to exchange cryptocurrency for fiat currency. Identity, age, and address verification are required for all transactions. Solvency proof and balance verification are maintained, with cryptocurrency held in a segregated account. The homepage displays the current exchange rate from cryptocurrency to fiat, and players are informed that crypto values fluctuate. The platform ensures deposits are used for gaming activities and that winnings may be withdrawn; cryptocurrency values and AML compliance are maintained. Payment method restrictions may apply in certain jurisdictions.
Security Review and Data Handling
Ffbet reserves the right to verify identity, age, and registration data and may engage third-party services to confirm information. Players consent to such checks and to the disclosure of information to third parties as necessary to verify use of services. Periodic reviews may restrict withdrawal or access if compliance questions arise. Data handling and sharing are conducted in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Reporting of Unusual Transactions
The MLRO is responsible for flagging and reporting transactions that appear to be linked to money laundering or terrorism financing to the appropriate authority as required by law. Records of reviewed and reported cases are maintained. Where reporting is not pursued, the MLRO documents the justification. The company takes all necessary measures to prevent illicit use of the platform and to cooperate with authorities.
Recordkeeping and Data Retention
KYC documents and transaction logs are retained in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policy. Records remain available to competent authorities and may be requested for audits or investigations.
Policy Updates and Acceptance
Users must accept the General Terms and Conditions during registration. If the General Terms and Conditions are updated, users may discontinue use within two weeks after the update is announced. Continued use beyond the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
